These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as “User”, “You”, or “Your”) and Siddhi Traders private limited (hereinafter referred to as “V-Pay FINANCE”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) governing your access to and use of the Platform.
By accessing or using our Platform, You agree that You have read, understood, and are bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy. If You do not agree to any of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
V-Pay FINANCE offer financial products including but not limited to short-term loans, credit lines, consumer durable, EV Loan etc. The final decision to offer or accept any financial product lies solely with V-Pay FINANCE. V-Pay FINANCE is a NBFC registered with Reserve Bank of India and offer and provide lending services to the users / borrowers.

Use of the Platform is restricted to individuals and authorized person of body corporate and other incorporated or un-incorporated entites who are 18 years of age or older and legally capable of entering into a contract. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of Users found to be ineligible.
By using the Platform, You expressly accept these Terms. V-Pay FINANCE reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform post modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

V-Pay FINANCE grants You a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the Platform solely for availing Lending Services, Loan Product Details, Financial awareness. You may not use the Platform for any commercial purposes, modify or reproduce its content, or attempt to reverse engineer any part of it without prior written permission.
We reserve the right to monitor the Platform and User details to ensure compliance with these Terms and may remove content or disable access at our discretion.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to You under these Terms will cease immediately.
V-Pay FINANCE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Platform. We do not assure or warrant any guarantee to provide loan facility based on the checklist, indicative range of interest, eligibility criteria and these details are subjective and vary from case to case based on borrower profile.
You agree to indemnify and hold V-Pay FINANCE and its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of these websites and do not endorse them.
V-Pay FINANCE solely facilitates access to financial services and does not guarantee the acceptance or performance of any financial product offered and or marketed over the website.
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under these Terms.
